The Basics

April 25th - All day (exact timing TBA!)

Black Mountain College Museum + Arts Cen, 120 College St, Asheville, NC 28801, USA

What to Expect

CillaVee will be part of a collaborative team headed by visual artist Martha Skinner to present “Expanded Drawing”, a visual, kinesthetic, auditory, inhabitable drawing, and collaborative durational performance.

An architect, a dancer, a sound artist and a filmmaker/photographer, in dialogue with each other and other forces of the space, will construct the light framework –a spatial drawing for others to join in for playful connection through the expansion of space.

The project is in the interdisciplinary, experimental and participatory spirit of the Black

Mountain College legacy. And all participants are local artists who connect with these

ideas, way of thinking and process deeply.
